ALECKNOWSBEST is an independent online store offering design-driven products inspired by music, film, and culture. All products are made to order and fulfilled through third-party production partners located primarily in the United States.

2. ELIGIBILITY

By using this website, you represent and warrant that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction or you are using this website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing an order.

3. PRODUCTS & PRODUCT REPRESENTATION

All products are made to order. Product images displayed on the website are mockups or digital representations and may differ slightly from the final product due to screen display variations, lighting conditions, print placement tolerances, and production processes. Such variations are not considered defects.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all product details, including sizing guides, product descriptions, and specifications before purchase.

4. ORDER ACCEPTANCE & CANCELLATION

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to suspected fraudulent or unauthorized activity, errors in product pricing or descriptions, or supply or production limitations.

Once an order has been placed and processing has begun, it cannot be modified or canceled.

5. PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices are listed in the store’s default currency and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed.

Customers are responsible for any applicable sales taxes, customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, or additional fees imposed by their country. These charges are determined by local authorities and are not controlled by ALECKNOWSBEST.

6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All products are produced and shipped by third-party partners, primarily based in the United States. Orders are shipped directly from these facilities.

Production times may vary and are separate from shipping times. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or other external factors.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. ALECKNOWSBEST is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

All packages are securely packaged to ensure safe transit.

7. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

All sales are final.

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including incorrect sizing, change of mind, or personal preference.

Customers are strongly encouraged to review all product information before placing an order.

8. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR LOST ITEMS

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or is not received, customers must contact us within a reasonable period following delivery or the expected delivery date.

To process a claim, customers may be required to provide photographic evidence of the issue along with order details and confirmation.

Upon review, ALECKNOWSBEST will determine an appropriate resolution at its sole discretion, which may include a replacement, partial or full refund, or store credit.

We reserve the right to deny claims that do not meet these requirements.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website, including designs, graphics, text, and images, is the property of ALECKNOWSBEST and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation of any content is strictly prohibited.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the product in question.
